They discovered many beneficial food ingredients that are incorporated into the everyday Chinese cooking.Here at Terracotta, we combined these philosophies and apply them to our cooking. Under Tao's influence, fungus, herbs, roots, the Chinese have explored the world of plants, and seeds over the dynasties.
